Managing an architectural design project of our scale is a complex process that involves a multi-step process that needs to be integrated with the current requirements at the right time and the right place. The process includes:

Feasibility Report
The Feasibility Report includes analysis of the plan/design, application of FSI regulations, benefits derived by the client from the developer, etc.
Developer Selection
After receiving a list of bids from developers for any project, a chart that portrays a comparison based on technical and commercial aspects is created. This document is used to assist the client in short-listing, interviewing, and negotiating with prospective developers. In consultation with the client, our team helps shortlist the most adequate developer for the concerned project.
Tender Documents
Being a crucial document in the project development process, the tender document must be created with precision and care to avoid any miscommunication of information once the project has gone live. The document includes technical specifications, information about bidders, etc. Our team of experts considers generating tender documents as their forte.
Verification & Inspection
As project management consultants, the building documents that are shared by the developers to their clients are inspected by our team. In order to ensure transparency and benefit to our client’s area allotment, legal compliances, area planning, etc is carried out.
